Seeking a contract Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist (16-24 hrs/week, in-person) to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment for youth in Riverside, CA.
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, diagnosing, prescribing medications, providing follow-up and psychoeducation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes a strengths-based, community-focused approach, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, and maintaining timely documentation.
Requirements include a valid California medical license, board certification or eligibility in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, DEA license, experience with diverse pediatric populations, and proficiency in clinical and electronic health record practices. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are desirable.
Compensation ranges from $210-$230/hour with flexible scheduling. This position promotes professional independence within agency guidelines and supports service to vulnerable children and families.
