The Children’s Behavioral Health Therapist provides bilingual (English/Spanish) outpatient assessment and therapy for children aged 6-12, addressing various mental health conditions. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with flexibility, working primarily between 8 am-5 pm, with some remote evening/weekend options in collaboration with the Behavioral Health Manager. The position involves diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and delivering individual, family, or group therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications include an active Minnesota license (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP), a master’s degree, and at least two years of client care experience.
