Clinical Branch Manager – Hospice RN (ADCS) – Globe, AZ

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated *Branch Management (ADCS, Clinical Ops Team Leader)* for our hospice in Globe, AZ.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, hospice and palliative medicine experience, and at least 1-2 years of supervisory work as a Hospice RN Case Manager.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing interdisciplinary patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing policies, monitoring outcomes, and fostering community healthcare partnerships.

The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a RN degree with hospice passion. Experience with Home Care Home Base EMR is a plus.
