We are a compassionate hospice provider seeking a *Branch Manager (ADCS, Clinical Ops Team Leader)* for our Globe, AZ location.
Ideal candidates will have leadership skills, hospice and palliative care experience, and at least 1-2 years of supervisory background. Must be an RN with prior hospice RN Case Management experience; familiarity with Home Care Home Base EMR is a plus. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing patient care by the interdisciplinary team, ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing policies, improving care quality, hiring and developing staff, and collaborating with community healthcare providers.
