Job Description

The Clinical Lead Registered Nurse oversees the Pre-Op, PACU, and Surgery departments, providing nursing and administrative leadership under the Clinical Administrator.

  • Responsibilities include coordinating clinical activities, managing staff schedules, delegating care, ensuring patient safety, and serving as a resource for the care team.
  • Provides direct patient care, educates families, and advocates for patients.
  • Participates in safety and QAPI activities, reviews daily schedules, and acts as a physician liaison.
  • Assists with staff breaks, backup scrub tech duties, and safety committee participation.

    • Requirements: Valid Oregon RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, 2+ years of nursing, OR experience preferred, CNOR certification is a plus.

    Details: Full-time, up to 32 hours/week, $42-$45/hour, in-person work location.
