Clinical Lead Nurse

Job Description

Seeking a Clinical Lead Registered Nurse to oversee Pre-Op, PACU, and Surgery departments, providing nursing and administrative leadership under the Clinical Administrator.

Responsibilities include coordinating clinical activities, managing staff schedules, delegating care, ensuring patient and staff safety, serving as a resource, and assisting with quality improvement and safety initiatives.

The role involves direct patient care, education, advocacy, and acting as a liaison with physicians.

Requirements: Current Oregon RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, minimum 2 years of nursing and OR experience, preferably in ambulatory surgery, with knowledge of infection control.

Position is full-time, up to 32 hours/week, paying $42-$45/hour, requiring in-person work.
