Clinical Lead Nurse

Job Description

The Clinical Lead Registered Nurse oversees nursing and administrative operations in the Pre-Op, PACU, and Surgery departments under the Clinical Administrator’s guidance.

Provides clinical coordination, resource management, and staff oversight to ensure safe, effective patient care.

Delegates daily care activities, reviews schedules, and manages staff requests, including breaks and time off.

Serves as a resource and educator for the care team, advocates for patients and families, and assists with QAPI activities.

Supports safety initiatives, participates in safety meetings, and acts as a liaison with physicians.

Requirements: Oregon RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, minimum 2 years of nursing and OR experience, preferred ambulatory surgery and charge nurse experience, and knowledge of infection control. CNOR certification is a plus.

Details: Full-time, up to 32 hours/week, pay $42-$45/hr, in-person work.
