Job Description

The Provider Lead is a practice-based clinician supporting members through scheduled, walk-in, and urgent visits across multiple modalities, including telephonic, virtual, and in-clinic settings.

They deliver comprehensive care, including chronic disease, behavioral health, and preventative services, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans and support members throughout their journey.

The role involves overseeing complex patient care, leading clinical programs, and acting as the escalation point for challenging cases to ensure high-quality, safe care.

This hybrid position requires an MD/DO with Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine, 5+ years of member care, and 2+ years of clinical leadership experience.

Offering a full-time salary of $260,000-$275,000, benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, life insurance, paid time off, travel reimbursement, and malpractice coverage.

Work location is hybrid remote in Cincinnati, OH.
