Clinical Lead Physician

Job Description

The Provider Lead is a practice-based clinician supporting members through scheduled, walk-in, and urgent visits across multiple modalities (telephonic, virtual, or clinic).

They deliver comprehensive clinical management, including chronic disease, behavioral health, and preventative care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans and support members throughout their journey.

The role involves overseeing complex patient care, acting as the escalation point, and enhancing clinical programs, processes, and policies.

This hybrid position requires an MD/DO with Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine, at least 5 years of direct member care, and 2+ years of informal clinical leadership.

Compensation ranges from $260,000 to $275,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. The work location is hybrid remote in Cincinnati, OH.
