Seeking an Associate Therapist starting at $80,000/year for a nationally recognized residential addiction treatment program.
Provides assessment, crisis intervention, addiction education, group facilitation, family engagement, individual counseling, and discharge planning.Facilitates therapy groups and family sessions, manages caseloads, and documents progress in compliance with regulatory standards.Contacts families, coordinates with internal and external providers, and develops individualized treatment and continuing care plans.Participates in staff conferences, collaborates across departments, and maintains client confidentiality.Requires minimum 2 years of psychosocial assessment, dual diagnosis experience, and knowledge of 12-step recovery. A Master’s degree and valid clinical license are preferred.Must be CPR/First Aid certified, available for after-hours/weekend work, and committed to patient-centered care.Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
