Seeking a full-time *Associate Therapist* starting at $80,000/year for a nationally recognized residential addiction treatment program.

Provide individual counseling, group facilitation, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.

Engage with clients’ families and referents to support treatment progress.

Coordinate care across departments and external providers, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Maintain accurate documentation and clinical updates.

Participate in staff meetings and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Apply knowledge of the medical disease model, dual diagnosis, and 12-step recovery.

Minimum two years of psychosocial assessment and psychotherapy experience, with dual diagnosis and chronic disorder expertise.

Licensed or certified in Social Work, MFT, Counseling, Psychology, or Addiction Studies; CPR and First Aid required.
