Job Description

The *Associate Therapist* role offers a starting salary of $80,000 annually.

It involves providing assessment, crisis intervention, addiction education, group facilitation, family engagement, individual counseling, and discharge planning.

Key duties include leading therapy groups, managing individual caseloads, supporting families, coordinating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications require at least two years of experience in psychosocial assessment, dual diagnosis, and 12-step programs, with a relevant master’s degree and licensure (e.g., Clinical Social Work or MFT).

Candidates must have CPR/First Aid, excellent communication skills, and experience with crisis intervention and chronic disorders.
