Job Description

We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions. Must be 20+ years old, with a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.


Salary ranges from $68,000 to $75,000 annually based on education and experience.


Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, Counseling, or related fields from an accredited institution, and a valid clinical license (LMSW, LSCSW, or equivalent) with at least three years of supervised experience providing therapy to children and/or adolescents.


The Clinical Manager will support the Clinical Director in supervising therapists and case managers, conducting utilization reviews, and ensuring trauma-informed, family-centered, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include fostering a safe, community-connected therapeutic environment.
