Clinical Manager $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Job Description

We are offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time candidates aged 20 and above. The role offers a salary of $68,000-$75,000 based on education and experience, with required prerequisites including a master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field, along with a valid clinical license and a minimum of three years of supervised therapy experience with children and adolescents.

The Clinical Manager will assist the Clinical Director in supervising therapists and case managers, support therapeutic care, and ensure a trauma-sensitive, family-centered environment using evidence-based practices. Responsibilities also include utilization review, referrals, and maintaining standards within guidelines.
