Job Description
The Clinical Manager oversees the delivery of quality youth and family services by supervising staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Facilitates evidence-based practices, clinical oversight, and trauma-informed care. Develops systems of accountability, monitors outcomes, and implements quality improvements. Manages program budgets, utilization, and emergency situations. Provides leadership by aligning organizational goals with team development, coaching, and fair management. Ensures adherence to policies, laws, and regulations, while fostering positive relationships with funders and oversight agencies. Requires a Master’s degree, 5+ years clinical experience, 3+ years leadership, and an active NYS license.
Physical demands include sitting, standing, driving, and lifting up to 15 lbs.
Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $105,000 based on experience, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
