Job Description

The Clinical Manager oversees youth and family services, providing supervision, clinical oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

They manage daily operations, staffing, training, fiscal management, and program outcomes, with a focus on evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

The role involves developing systems of accountability, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and managing budgets to meet utilization goals.

Leadership responsibilities include aligning organizational goals, supporting staff development, and ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, 5+ years of clinical experience, 3+ years of leadership, and an active NYS license in a relevant mental health field. Flexibility for on-call duties, travel, and physical demands are required.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience.
