Job Description
The Clinical Manager oversees youth and family services, providing supervision, clinical oversight, and operational management.
Ensures program compliance with funder and regulatory standards. Develops evidence-based practices and trauma-informed treatment plans. Leads interdisciplinary teams, manages budgets, and monitors outcomes for quality improvement. Handles staff hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Maintains relationships with funders and oversight agencies. Provides on-call support and manages emergency situations. Requires a Master’s degree, 5+ years clinical, 3+ years leadership experience, and active NYS licensure. Must have excellent communication, advocacy, organizational, and change management skills. Physical demands include sitting, standing, driving, and occasional lifting; flexible schedule required. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $105,000 based on experience, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
