Job Description

The RN Clinical Manager oversees all clinical services in home health and hospice programs, providing leadership, supervision, and clinical expertise to ensure quality care aligns with standards and regulations.

  • Supervise and coordinate clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, social workers, and therapists.
  • Manage admissions, care plans, and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, provide direct patient care when needed, and address urgent clinical issues.
  • Promote staff development, enforce policies, and support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate scheduling and collaborate with the care team, families, and community partners.
  • Ensure regulatory adherence, support billing, and assist with on-call duties.

    • Qualifications include a current RN or medical license, management experience, and knowledge of healthcare regulations. The role offers a salary of $105k–$115k, benefits, and performance-based bonuses. Work is primarily in an office setting, with some fieldwork required.
