Clinical Manager – Registered Nurse $5000 sign on bonus

Job Description

The RN Clinical Manager oversees all clinical services in home health and hospice programs, providing leadership, supervision, and clinical expertise to ensure quality care in compliance with standards and regulations.

Supervise clinical staff, coordinate admissions, develop care plans, and monitor documentation for accuracy and timeliness.

Participate in team meetings, provide direct patient care when needed, and address urgent clinical issues.

Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and quality initiatives, while supporting staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

Promote teamwork, uphold policies, and collaborate with families, physicians, and community partners.

Assist with billing processes and on-call duties, with other responsibilities assigned by leadership.

Qualifications: RN or licensed physician, management experience in home health, knowledge of regulations, BSN preferred, master’s degree desirable. Must have current BLS/CPR, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation if field work is involved.

Compensation & Benefits: $105K-$115K annually, with bonus potential, plus health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits.
