Clinical Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Provide individual therapy to children, adults, couples, and families, and complete initial psychosocial assessments.

Maintain clinical documentation per policies and licensing standards.

Participate actively as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements: LMSW or provisional license in Iowa (independent license preferred), 2+ years of experience preferred, valid driver’s license, good communication skills, bilingual preferred but not required.
