Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in Fort Dodge, IA.

  • Conduct initial assessments and collaborate with clients to set treatment goals.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy to diverse clients, including children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation meeting licensure and payer requirements.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, to deliver holistic care.
  • Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions.


    • Qualifications include a LMSW or provisional license in Iowa, with preferred experience and bilingual skills.
