Clinical Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and an approved NHSC Student Loan Repayment site.

Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.

Provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy to diverse clients, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with healthcare team members.

Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision.

Requirements: LMSW or provisional license in Iowa; 2+ years of experience preferred; valid driver’s license; bilingual preferred.
