Clinical Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

**Responsibilities:**
• Conduct initial psychosocial assessments
• Provide individual therapy to children, adults, couples, and families
• Maintain clinical documentation per policies and licensure requirements
• Collaborate effectively with team members

**Qualifications:**
• LMSW or provisional mental health license in Iowa; independent license preferred
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication skills
• Bilingual preferred but not required
