Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate psychotherapy services and manage a caseload of clients.

Primary responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering ongoing therapy, maintaining documentation, collaborating with care teams, and ensuring accurate billing.

Requirements include licensure as a Psychologist, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW.

This full-time, part-time, or contract role offers a projected annual compensation of $60,000-$90,000, with 20-40 hours per week, flexible scheduling, health and vision benefits.

The position is hybrid remote in Hibbing, MN, with a required in-person commute.
