We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join a reputable GI practice in Macon, GA, specializing in adult Gastroenterology and endoscopy.
Provides high-quality clinical care in office/hospital settings, including examinations, procedures, and care plan assessments. Accurately reviews medical records, administers medications, orders diagnostic tests, and develops diagnoses. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and evaluate treatment plans. Instructs patients on medications and health management, and performs history and physical exams. Ensures compliance with regulations, completes departmental competencies, and demonstrates initiative and flexibility. Requirements include a Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, active APRN license in Georgia, and BLS certification.
