Seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor in Wilmington, DE for a full-time, rotating days position (7A-7P and 11A-11P).

This role involves clinical expertise and shift management, providing leadership in hospital operations, staffing, and patient care quality.

Responsibilities include guiding clinical practice, managing staffing, resolving patient care issues, acting as Incident Commander during emergencies, supporting staff development, and participating in quality improvement activities.

Requirements:

BSN and active RN license in Delaware or compact state

3-5 years of staff nursing experience; management experience preferred

American Heart Association BLS certification
