Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor in children’s mental health services.

Provide supervision to 6-7 Associate Clinicians, trainees, and interns, supporting their licensure goals.

Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with Medi-Cal, BBS, and agency standards.

Monitor caseloads to maintain high-quality, ethical service delivery.

Offer clinical mentorship, training, and guidance on best practices and regulations.

Support program quality improvement and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, current California LCSW, at least 2 years post-licensure and supervision experience, and knowledge of regulatory standards. Bilingual in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is preferred.

Salary ranges from $98,602 to $103,532 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

This role involves in-person work in Santa Ana, CA, and offers full-time or part-time options.
