Clinical Supervisor – LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor in a leading children’s mental health organization.

Provide clinical supervision to 6-7 Associate Clinicians, trainees, and interns, supporting their development and licensure goals.

Ensure documentation compliance with Medi-Cal, BBS, and agency standards.

Oversee clinical caseloads, ensuring ethical and high-quality service delivery.

Offer mentorship, training, and consultation to staff, supporting best practices and regulatory compliance.

Assist program management with quality improvement and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications include: MSW, current California LCSW license, at least two years of post-licensure and supervisory experience, knowledge of BBS and Medi-Cal regulations, and proficiency in clinical documentation. Bilingual skills and familiarity with evidence-based practices are preferred.
