Job Description

This position involves

• Coordinating program components and assisting in program operations in the absence of the Program Supervisor, including developing and assessing treatment plans during weekly clinical team meetings.
• Supervising direct care staff, fostering clinical leadership, and participating in staff meetings.
• Providing direct services such as clinical intakes, individual and group psychotherapy, and facilitating recovery support groups.
• Promoting a safe, recovery-oriented environment and applying evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
• Reporting to the Program Director as needed and performing occasional additional duties.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree or LADC1, with significant clinical and supervisory experience in substance abuse and mental health services. Skills required are strong organizational, leadership, communication, and computer proficiency. LICSW or LMHC credentials are preferred.
