Job Description

This position involves administrative, supervisory, and direct service responsibilities within a clinical program.

Administrative duties include coordinating program components, assisting in operations, and developing treatment plans during team meetings.

Supervisory duties involve providing clinical supervision to direct care staff and fostering clinical leadership.

Direct service functions encompass conducting clinical intakes, individual and group therapy, and facilitating recovery support groups. The role promotes a safe recovery environment and utilizes evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

The position reports to the Program Director and requires a Master’s degree or related license with experience in substance abuse and mental health services.
