Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor, NP/PA-C, oversees daily operations at an occupational health clinic within a shipyard setting.

Key responsibilities include

diagnosing and managing work-related injuries and illnesses,

performing medical surveillance for exposures like asbestos and toxins,

supervising clinical staff, providing training, and ensuring optimal patient flow,

collaborating with internal teams and external providers on injury management and return-to-work protocols,

and implementing process improvements for workflow efficiency.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in nursing, current Maine APN/PA-C license, at least 5 years of clinical experience with managerial background, and occupational health experience preferred.

Work is full-time on a Monday-Friday schedule, with a salary range of $115,000-$130,000, and offers comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

In-person work requires navigating the shipyard and participating in Sea Trials.
