Job Description

The MFC/CPC Therapist & Clinical Supervisor provides expert clinical services to clients while mentoring less experienced clinicians, supporting clinical excellence. This full-time, hybrid role involves delivering individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth or in-office, with a minimum of 1,200 billable hours annually and 30 hours of weekly availability. Responsibilities include client sessions, documentation, supervision of interns and pre-licensed therapists, and emergency consults. Qualifications require a master’s or doctoral degree, active Nevada license (LCSW, MFT, or CPC), at least 3 years post-licensure experience, and proficiency with telehealth and EHR systems.
