Job Description

We are a community-based behavioral health organization committed to providing unconditional care to individuals and families, fostering work-life balance, creativity, and professional growth.

The Clinical Therapist, supervised by the Clinical Supervisor/Director, collaborates with staff to conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy in office, home, or community settings.

  • Develop psychosocial assessments within 48 hours of case assignment.
  • Attend team meetings, coordinate services, and document client progress accurately.
  • Deliver clinical services, participate in trainings, and perform administrative duties.
  • Available for 24-hour crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in a related field, NM licensure (e.g., LPCC, LCSW), experience working with SED or SMI/SUD populations, and strong community resource knowledge. Bilingual skills and a valid NM driver’s license are preferred. The organization values diversity and promotes equal opportunity.
