Job Description

Seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist to provide trauma-informed crisis intervention and therapy for adult and child survivors of sexual assault and abuse.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering counseling sessions, maintaining clinical records, facilitating support groups, and engaging community partners through education and outreach.

Additionally, the role involves case management, crisis response, legal and personal advocacy, and participating in team meetings and supervision.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field, with licensure to practice in Kentucky, and preferably three years of counseling experience. The position requires training in crisis intervention, HIPAA policies, and ongoing education in trauma and anti-oppression topics.

Ideal candidates demonstrate proficiency in trauma assessment tools, crisis intervention, excellent communication skills, cultural competence, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Travel within the region and occasional after-hours on-call shifts are required.
