Job Description

Seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist to provide trauma-informed crisis intervention and therapy for adult and child survivors of sexual assault and abuse.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering individual and group counseling, maintaining clinical records, engaging community partners, and participating in outreach and education.

Additional duties involve case management, crisis response, and administrative tasks such as documentation and program evaluation.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field, with licensure in Kentucky, and preferred three years of counseling experience. The role requires proficiency in trauma assessment, crisis intervention, and technology, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
