Job Description

This role involves providing personalized mental health support within an innovative Intensive Program designed for clients transitioning from or avoiding higher care levels, promoting independence and community integration.

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions, family coaching, and crisis interventions.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans addressing social skills, executive functioning, ADLs, academics, and medical needs.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervise support staff, and produce clinical documentation.
  • Engage clients creatively through sessions in unconventional settings like outdoor activities and local cafes.

    • Requirements include a master’s degree in a mental health field, licensure in Colorado, 2-3 years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
