Applicants undergo a multi-stage interview process, including phone screening, in-person interview, and shadow day. A $2,000 hiring bonus is available.
Responsibilities include conducting individual therapy, family coaching, crisis intervention, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in dynamic, unconventional settings like hikes or coffee shops.
