Seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to join a community-based behavioral health organization dedicated to providing unconditional care to diverse populations.

Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering individual, group, and family therapy, and providing crisis intervention in various settings. The role involves collaborating with staff, maintaining clinical documentation, and participating in supervision and training.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, with up to 2 years of experience working with SED or SMI populations, and valid NM licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPCC). Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred.
