Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Clinical Therapist (exempt) with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, offering $28-$40/hr based on licensure.

Locations include Antlers, Poteau, Durant, Hugo, and Idabel, OK. The role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy in a supportive medical setting, with flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health and substance use disorders, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and completing clinical documentation.

Requirements: Master’s degree in a related field, licensure or supervision eligibility in Oklahoma (LPC, LBP, LMFT, LCSW, LADC), strong communication and organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.
