Job Description

The Clinical Therapist provides trauma-informed crisis intervention and counseling services to adult and child survivors of sexual assault and abuse.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering therapeutic sessions, maintaining records, facilitating support groups, and engaging with community partners for referrals and education.

Additional duties involve case management, crisis response, community outreach, and administrative tasks. The role requires a Master’s degree, relevant licensure, and preferably three years of counseling experience. Candidates must complete specific training, demonstrate proficiency with trauma assessment tools, and work effectively with diverse populations.
