Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Therapist in our Crisis Stabilization Unit, providing vital mental health and substance use services.

  • Conduct initial assessments and facilitate person-centered planning.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and community referrals.
  • Collaborate across disciplines for integrated, personalized care.
  • Utilize DSM-5 for diagnosis and develop behavior plans for mental health and substance use challenges.
  • Respond to crisis calls on rotation and document services accurately.
  • Maintain productivity standards and compliance with all policies.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, appropriate Michigan licensure, and ability to obtain crisis certification. Valid driver’s license and transportation are required.
