Job Description

Join our team as a Clinical Therapist in our Crisis Stabilization Unit, providing vital mental health and substance use services.

• Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate person-centered planning.
• Offer individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and community referrals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care and develop behavior plans.
• Respond to crisis calls, document services accurately, and maintain productivity standards.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with Michigan licensure, ability to obtain AAS crisis certification, and reliable transportation. Strong crisis management skills are essential.
