Job Description

Seeking a Primary Therapist for our IOP/PHP Treatment Center in St. George, UT, with flexible Monday-Friday (some evenings) schedule.

Join a supportive, collaborative team delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care in residential settings.

Responsibilities include leading process, individual, and family therapy, managing multiple treatment plans, and fostering compassionate client relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a current Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC), have at least 1 year of clinical counseling experience, and are confident in clinical leadership.
