Clinical Therapist (NEW SALARY)

Job Description

Full-time Therapist position offering a starting salary of $70,000/year, with higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.

This role involves assessing clients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy. The therapist leads treatment teams, coordinates with community resources, and oversees case management.

Key responsibilities include intake assessments, treatment plan updates, progress evaluations, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and staff mentorship. The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years of experience with children/families, and active licensure (preferably LPCC).
