Job Description
Full-time Therapist position offering a starting salary of $70,000/year, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Provides clinical assessment, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and delivers individual, group, and family therapy within a residential setting.
Leads treatment team meetings, evaluates client progress, and coordinates community resource referrals and discharge planning.
Maintains documentation, collaborates with families, community agencies, and mental health professionals, and participates in crisis intervention and staff mentoring.
Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and Kentucky licensure (LPCA or LPCC preferred).
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience working with families, knowledge of mental health systems, leadership skills, and are committed to providing high-quality care.
