Full-Time Therapist position offering a starting salary of $70,000/year, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications and experience.
We are a growing non-profit organization dedicated to making a positive impact. The role involves assessing clients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy.
Key responsibilities include coordinating services, leading treatment teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring client safety and progress. The therapist acts as a liaison with community resources, participates in crisis intervention, and provides leadership and mentorship to staff.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, along with at least 2 years of experience working with children and families, and active licensure (preferably LPCC). Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience and knowledge of mental health systems.
