Full-time Therapist position offering a $70,000+ annual salary, with potential for higher pay based on experience and qualifications.

**Purpose:**
Coordinate and deliver treatment services for residents, including assessment, treatment planning, individual, group, and family therapy, and case management. Lead the treatment team, mentor staff, and ensure client safety and progress.
**Key responsibilities:**
– Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
– Provide therapy and coordinate community resources
– Monitor client progress and update plans accordingly
– Maintain documentation and reports
– Lead crisis intervention and discharge planning
– Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners
**Requirements:**
– Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
– At least 2 years’ experience working with children/families
– State licensure (preferably LPCC) and professional certifications
– Recommended: 3+ years’ experience and knowledge of mental health systems
