Clinical Therapist (NEW SALARY)

Job Description

The full-time Therapist (Residential Treatment) role offers a starting salary of $70,000 annually, with potential increases based on experience and qualifications.

We are a growing non-profit organization dedicated to making a positive impact through quality treatment services.

The position involves assessing clients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing individual, group, and family therapy, and coordinating services with community resources.

Therapists lead treatment teams, supervise staff, participate in crisis interventions, and manage discharge planning.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, at least two years of experience working with children/families, and valid licensure (preferably LPCC).

Preferred qualifications include over three years of relevant experience and leadership skills.
