Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinician-Therapist-Social Worker to provide comprehensive mental health and substance use services.
Meet with clients to gather personal and treatment history, design tailored treatment plans, and evaluate their mental or physical conditions. Offer individual, couple, family, and group counseling, including specialized services like crisis intervention, PTSD care, and behavioral therapy. Maintain accurate case records, progress reports, and ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with clients to develop coping skills and post-treatment plans. Refer clients to specialists, coordinate services, and assist with crisis situations. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and complete necessary documentation for insurance and reporting.
