Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinician-Therapist-Social Worker to provide comprehensive mental health and substance use services.

• Meet with clients to gather personal and treatment history, developing tailored treatment plans.
• Conduct interviews, observations, and tests; maintain detailed records and reports.
• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling, including crisis intervention and behavioral therapy.
• Evaluate and diagnose psychological conditions, recommending appropriate treatments and referrals.
• Assist clients with coping strategies, skill development, and resolving family or relationship issues.
• Coordinate services, act as a client advocate, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, submit paperwork to insurance, and support professional development.
